Each importer will be followed by an exclusive interpreter in his/her visits to the stands (free and pre-scheduled) in order to have all the necessary support to performs business.

These guests represent 16 countries of commercial interest in the national footwear industry: Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, United States, India, Martinique, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Russia and Uruguay.
A wide-ranging international dissemination campaign was held in worldwide leading industry magazines, at international fairs and through digital platforms. A total of about one thousand importers from some 70 countries are expected to visit the fair spontaneously to do business and to establish commercial partnerships with Brazilian industry.

The figures represent a 9.4% increase in volume and stability in sales compared to the same period in 2018, according to Abicalçados – Brazilian Association of Footwear Industries.

Evaluating the entity, the expectation for exports of the sector in the coming months is positive, considering the appreciation of the dollar against the Brazilian currency, which makes national footwear more competitive in the international market, and the recovery of shipments to United States, which have been changing their footwear supply due to the uncertainties generated by the trade dispute with China.
